Main research interests
Schulthess Klinik has a long-standing tradition of research. Find out about the main research interests of our Research department and doctors.
Outcome research
Outcome research investigates the success of treatment from the patient’s perspective. It is internationally acknowledged that the evaluation of treatment by the patients themselves is becoming more and more important. The main aim is to draw on outcome research to optimise treatments and guarantee patient satisfaction.
Patients’ rights and obligations
As a patient, you have rights and obligations. These are governed partly by federal law and partly by cantonal law. The key provisions on patient care can be found in the Cantonal Patients' Act of the Canton of Zurich, which regulates medical care in all hospitals across the canton.
