Director, CEO Rodolphe Eurin

Rodolphe Eurin holds a bachelor’s degree in physics and a master’s degree in industrial management from ETH Zurich as well as an MBA from the IMD in Lausanne. His professional career has covered the entire spectrum of healthcare – from the pharmaceutical and medtech industries to hospital management. He started his career at F. Hoffmann-La Roche. After this, he joined Medtronic’s EMEA leadership team in the Spine and Neurological division, before then moving into healthcare. After serving as COO of a private hospital group, he became CEO of the Hôpital de La Tour in Geneva, a position he held from 2018 to 2024. In September 2025, he took over as CEO of Schulthess Klinik.

Alongside his operational activities, Rodolphe Eurin is also an active member of the Board of Directors and advises companies and start-ups in the healthcare sector. He brings strategic foresight and operational expertise, and helps organisations improve their performance and develop their care practices in a sustainable way.
